Rules of Entry
The deadline for entries into The Annual 2010 has now closed.
What to Enter
Any work produced or first launched/broadcast/published during 2009 can be entered. Please view the individual category description for the criteria against which your entry will be judged.
How to Enter
Entrants must enter online. To submit your entry/ies please go to the ‘Submit an Entry’ page where you can submit your details and upload up to 5 files. Please note that the combined size of the 5 files must not exceed 5MB. Please also upload a short explanatory design brief as either a word document or PDF (this should be no longer than 1 side of A4).
Once you have completed the online entry process you will receive an email to confirm that your details and files have been received and it has been processed.
Additional/Large Files
Should you wish to submit additional footage or files larger than 5MB, please ensure that you enter your details online first, note your entry number which you will receive via automated email from the website, put the files on to a CD or DVD and send as hard copy by post to the address below. Please ensure that you label the disc with your entry number.
Physical Entries
The judges prefer to see physical examples of entries where appropriate*.

If you would like us to retain your physical submission for collection after the judging has taken place, please ensure that you tick the box on the 'Submitters Details' page of the 'Submit an Entry' page when making your entry/ies. Please note that the period for collection will be restricted and any physical entries not collected during the period will be disposed of. Entrants will be informed by email in late February 2010 as to whether they have been selected for publication and the timeframe within which they can collect their physical entries. Please only tick this box if you do intend to pick up your item/s.
Entries can be withdrawn at any time up to and including the entry deadline, however no refunds can be made.
Credits and Copyright
All credits must be detailed when entering online. All information provided on the entry form will be used to credit published work, however this may need to be edited or condensed for space. Creative Review accepts no responsibility for incorrect information provided on entry forms. Creative Review assumes that all entries are original and are the works and property of the entrant. As a condition of entry, the entrant grants Creative Review permission to reproduce the works in print and in digital format and attests that they have the right to grant this permission. Creative Review will not be held liable for any action or claim arising out of the reproduction of entered works in whatever format.
